Our Food Safety Policy

Providing our guests with healthy and hygienic food is an integral part of the IC HOTELS Management Systems Policy. Our Food Safety Management System covers all products produced within our operations.

Accordingly, we commit to complying with all applicable laws and regulations in force within our country and to implementing food safety principles throughout all processes, from the purchasing stage to the presentation of products for consumption by our guests and employees.

The resources required for training and audit activities carried out to ensure the continuous improvement and sustainability of our HACCP System will be provided by senior management.
